Ability to change the column width on the Jira Issue/Filter Macro

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when you insert the Jira macro on a Confluence page, it's not possible to customize the widths of the columns that will be displayed.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to set custom widths on the columns that will be pulled on the report.
