Issue Summary
On Confluence, if you paste a link to another page on the editor, this link will be automatically replaced by a SmarLink, which would be a card with the page's title. For example:
This behavior also happens when pasting a link to a page within a table/Page Properties macro. However, if you edit this page and change its title, although the new title will reflect on the Page Properties, the Page Properties Report will still show the old one.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page (for example, Atlassian Support Test).
- Create another page (for example, Testing links within Page Properties), and then pace a table within a Page Properties macro.
- Add the link to Atlassian Support Test on the table. For example:
- Add a label to this page.
- Create another page (for example, Page Properties Report Test), and place the Page Properties Report macro on it.
- Configure the macro to pull pages with the label used on Testing links within Page Properties, and make sure to set the report to pull the link column. For example:
- Edit Atlassian Support Test, updating its title.
- Check both pages now:
- Testing links within Page Properties
- Page Properties Report Test
Expected Results
The updated title should reflect on both pages.
Actual Results
The title is updated on Testing links within Page Properties, but not on Page Properties Report Test:
Workaround
Performing a dump update on Testing links within Page Properties would fix the issue (there's no need to change anything on the page's content).
