Issue Summary
On the Legacy editor, if you create a Layout, and insert a Heading 1 or 2 inside of it, the macro will work, but scroll arrows will be displayed when accessing the page on view mode. The text will be cut off as well.
This bug only affects the Legacy editor.
This bug only affects Windows. I wasn't able to reproduce it on macOS.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page using the Legacy editor.
- Add a layout on it, and a Heading (1 or 2) inside of it.
- Publish the page.
Expected Results
The layouts should render properly (screenshot taken from macOS):

Actual Results
The layouts are cut off, and have scroll arrows:

Workaround
This behavior affects Google Chrome and Edge, but it doesn't affect Firefox. So, if possible, load the page on Firefox.
Or, editing the page and adding a new line after the Heading, would fix it.
