Current Situation
Setting up Confluence's homepage According to this documentation ends up creating a new button on the top bar, with the same name as the selected space.
For example, I have set the space STONKS to be Confluence's homepage on my own instance:
Clicking either Confluence's Logo, or Stonks Home button will take me to STONKS homepage. (https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<SpaceKey>/overview?mode=global)

By Clicking Home the user will be taken to Confluence's Recently worked/viewed spaces/pages (https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/home)

Desired Behavior
- Allow users to change the link of the Home button to their Custom homepage (https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<SpaceKey>/overview?mode=global);
- Change the link of Confluence's Logo, or SPACE Home button to Recently worked/viewed spaces/pages (https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/home);
- Basically allowing users to switch the link destination of these buttons
- Allow users to fully remove one of these buttons
Confluence's Logo, or SPACE Home > (https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/home)
Home button > (https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<SpaceKey>/overview?mode=global)
