Formatted (Bold, Italic, Underlined) links don't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a hyperlink text on a page, with a link of any heading of the same page.
2. Format the hyperlink link text, make it Italic, Bold or Underline it.
3. The link might work at first but then reload the page, the link won't work.

Expected Results

The link should scroll the page to the destination header.

Actual Results

The link doesn't scroll the page when clicking on it.

Workaround

Keep the hyperlink text simple with no formatting.
