Draw.io diagram links not redirecting to the heading in new editor.

Issue Summary

Draw.io diagram links not redirecting to the headings, headings are hidden when it redirect on heading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Create a Draw.io diagram and add links in the diagram.
   
2. Step 2 Create headings on the page and copy the heading URL
   
3. Step 3 Paste the heading URL in the diagram links
   

Expected Results

Links should redirect to the Heading.

Actual Results

Links redirect to the heading but the heading is hidden.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
