Resolution: Won't Fix
Description
I need code that I can paste into markup window that generates a checkbox or some sort of field where users can respond.
For example: ptamas generates the same thing as @ and then typing my name
Another example: this generates a table

I got these tips from:

What code generates a checkbox? Something like [[ ]] ?
Or maybe some code generates a field where the user can put in info? Or a link that generates a comment field?
I paste text generated by a python script script into a markup window. My script generates the | characters to create tables for each user. My script also generates the userid that causes the user to be mailed when I save the form. That all works very very well.
We want the users to respond. Currently, they check off items they need; the check boxes are in the left-hand cell in a table with info in the other cells in the same row. The users are very busy and don't have much attention span, so the check box is perfect for them. Unfortunately, I have to paste in or created the check boxes. My last form required 4071 check boxes. This is very time consuming.
If my script could generate code that the markup window turns into a check box, that would be fantastic. However, any way they could edit put comments in the cell without directly editing the page, the would be good too. A link that takes them to the comments field at the bottom would be an improvement over what I do now.
