Issue Summary
When a user inserts any image within an excerpt macro and that page is using the full-width mode, the desired image size is not respected after page publish.
This happens if the image size is set as bigger than the default narrow view of the page.
Using the Excerpt Macro:

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new page
- Set the page to use the Full-Width option
- Insert an Excerpt Macro
- Insert an image
- Set the image size as bigger than the narrow setting for page width
- Publish the page
Expected Results
The image size is respected after publish and the result is "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG)
Actual Results
Image size is not respected. It is reset to display the image sized as if the maximum size is the narrow-mode view of the page.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
