Unable to edit Confluence page (404) after it is created via API

Issue Summary

When publishing a page in confluence using APIs (PUT /wiki/rest/api/content/). After a successful page creation when user opens confluence page in browser and tries to EDIT followed by PUBLISH operation it throws a 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce

There are no clear steps to reproduce it

Expected Results

Edited pages can be published.

Actual Results

Error appears when trying to publish a page.
