Issue Summary

Drag and Drop of Attachments do not work in Confluence. If a file is dragged and dropped in the box, it either opens up or downloads the file.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page.
2. Add Attachments macro to it.
3. Drag and drop and file in the 'drag and drop' box.

Expected Results

The file should be uploaded.

Actual Results

The file either opens up or gets downloaded.

Workaround

Use the "Choose file" button to open the file navigator in the computer. Then, select a file and proceed with the upload of the attachment.
