Issue Summary
When browser is zoomed in, the Insert Link dialogue will be cut off at the top. This prevents some features from being used when inserting links.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in Confluence (new editing experience)
- Use Browser zoom (in test case, 150% was sufficient).
- Enter some text, select it, and choose insert Link menu option (or use the shortcut CMD/CTRL+K)
Expected Results
Dialogue should appear as in Insert links documentation example.

Workaround
There's no current workaround while using zoom at its current level once this bug is triggered. Try zooming out slightly in order to insert a link.
