Issue Summary

If a template is using the Legacy editor, and the instance has in-editor templates whenever you create a page based on this template you'll get a correct preview of the page, however clicking Create you'll be redirected to a blank page using the new editor;

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click the Create button o the top bar;
2. Select the template using the legacy editor and has variables;
3. Preview the page and click > Create.

Expected Results

• Page to be created based on this template.

Actual Results

• User is redirected back to a blank page using the new editor

Workaround

Remove Variables from the template and pages will be created normally; OR
Recreate the template using the new editor, as close to the original template as possible; OR
Close the blank page, then navigate to Recent > Drafts and open the last worked draft - your page will open in the legacy editor, according to its source template, with the content there.
