For all the watchers of this request, we are proud to confirm that the Advanced Roadmaps plan macro is completely released for Confluence Cloud, allowing you to embed the plans and data from Advanced Roadmaps of Jira into Confluence.

In the Server edition of Confluence, the following Marketplace app from Atlassian that allows the Advanced Roadmaps from Jira to be integrated into a Confluence page:
As the macro is only available for the Server edition, this is a suggestion to have the same macro available for Cloud as well.
Workaround
As long as the Jira and Confluence instances are connected and the users are logged in them, a workaround is to use the iFrame macro and paste the link from the plan into the URL part of the macro's configuration:
- While in the Jira side, copy the plan's URL
- Now, in Confluence, go to the page in question and edit it.
- Tap the macro browser and select the iFrame macro
- Paste the copied plan's link in the URL field.
- Save the configuration and Publish the page.
Make sure to configure width and height (on the macro configuration) to have a better look for the plan while on the page. If needed, you can use the Preview option to check how it looks prior to publishing the page.
