Issue Summary
If you create a page with an iFrame (with a larger width than the page) macro and a Jira gadget, you won't be able to scroll the page horizontally.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page.
- Add an iFrame to it, with its width larger than the page's width.
- Publish the page.
- Note that you are able to scroll the page horizontally, while hovering the mouse on the iFrame (as the screenshot below).
- Now edit the page.
- Add a Jira gadget to it.
- Publish the page.
- Note that you are no longer able to scroll the page horizontally, while hovering the mouse on the iFrame.
This bug only affects the Legacy editor.
This issue is not regarding the scroll inside the iFrame macro, but the ability to scroll the page itself:

Expected Results
User should be able to scroll the page even if there's a Jira gadget on it.
Actual Results
After adding a Jira gadget on the page, the scroll bar is no longer available.
Workaround
A possible workaround is to set the iFrame's width to fit the page, and then enable the scrolling on the macro if needed.
Another possible workaround is to create this page on the new editor.
