Issue Summary

Create from template (with variable) macro intermittently fail to work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a global template that uses variable(s)
2. Create a new page (in any space) that uses the "create from template" macro. Be sure to point to the template created in step 1. Publish the page.
3. Refresh the page created in step 2.
4. Try to click on the "Create from template" button.

Expected Results

• A new page based on the template should slide in from the left of the screen.

Actual Results

• The "Create" dialog would pop up for a fraction of a second then disappear.

Workaround

For old navigation layout:
Use the "+" button on the navigation bar on the left to create new page, and find the template you want to use.

For new navigation layout (Nav3):
Use the "Create" button on the navigation bar on the top to create new page, and find the template you want to use.
