Unable to edit Default Space Permissions

Confluence admins are unable to edit the default space permission due to an error below:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to edit Default Space Permissions
2. Notice the error occurs

Expected Results

Confluence admin can edit the default space permissions.

Actual Results

You see an error page:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
