Issue Summary

When attempting to export audit logs (click Export), the download takes a while but eventually times out.

How to Replicate

1. Go the Confluence Audit logs, click Export
2. Wait (usually times out after 30~40m)
3. You would notice that initially, the transfer is frequent but it slows down over time.

Workaround:

A workaround is that use any of the rest calls below, but it required to start and end time in a millisecond:

/wiki/rest/api/audit?startDate=1578618000000&endDate=1578704400000

or

/wiki/rest/api/audit/export?startDate=1578618000000&endDate=1578704400000
