Issue Summary
If a page has a file attached from another page which is restricted, if the user doesn't have access to the second page, this user won't be able to edit the page. This also happens when the attachment is set in a draft of another page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page (A) and attach a PDF file
- Restricted this page (A) and publish it
- Create a second page (B) and insert a PDF macro
- Set the restricted page (A) on the macro and select the PDF file
- Publish the page (B)
- Ask an user without access to the restricted page (A) to edit the other page (B)
OR
- Create a page and attach a PDF file
- Publish that page
- Access ••• and delete the PDF file
- Try to edit the page
Expected Results
The user should be able to edit the unrestricted page (B)

Workaround
- If the file is restricted, either remove the restrictions for the other page or re-attach the file to the page that needs to be edited.
- If the file was deleted, restore it from the space's trash.
- If the file is in a draft of another page, add the file to the page that the user is trying to edit.
