Issue Summary

The TOC macro, when added to a page, throws up an error in the editing mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page;
2. Call the /toc macro.

Expected Results

The macro loads properly, showing the headers of the page.

Actual Results

The macro grey box is shown with the message Error loading the extension

Note:

• Though this error is shown editing the page, it renders alright in the view mode.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
