Issue Summary

When selecting the JIRA Report option while creating a new page and also picking the Change Log template, the new page is created with no content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page;
2. In the template modal, search for JIRA Reports;
3. Select the Change Log template;
4. Create the page.

Expected Results

The new page is filled with the template content and also the content from the project and release you set.

Actual Results

A blank page is created.

Workaround

1. Create a new page;
2. In the template modal, search for JIRA Reports;
3. Select the Change Log template;
4. Create the page.
5. Publish the (blank) page.
6. Edit the page, which should properly display the contents
