Issue Summary

Adding an anchor link to space shortcuts does not work properly. The anchor is stripped after applying the changes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Copy a heading link (on the new editor), or an anchor link (on the old editor).
2. Create a new Space shortcut link (if the Space doesn't have any one yet, click on Add shortcut link button. If the Space already have shortcut links, click on the pencil icon).
3. Paste the link on the web address field.
4. Click on Add shortcut button.
5. Click on Save button.

Expected Results

The link should work as expected.

Actual Results

The link works as a normal link (without anchor). If you click on the pencil icon to edit the shortcut, note that the anchor was removed from the link.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
