Description
Issue Summary
When using the Children Display macro to display some of the child page's content, it will indent the page's contents if it has a layout applied.
Steps to Reproduce
- Crea a page;
- Create another page as a child of the first one;
- Add some text to the second page, a layout and publish it;
- Edit the first page and add a Children Display macro with either "rich content" or "simple" for the Excerpt Display field;
Expected Results
The Children Display macro shouldn't indent the contents
Actual Results
The Children Display macro will indent the contents:

- After adding a two-column layout to the child page:
Workaround
Currently the available workaround is to use a different macro, such as Include Page to display the child page's contents.
