Provide a configuration option to allow the removal of the following menu items from access by anonymous users:

Under Tools:

• Page History
• Restrictions
• Page Information
• Links to this page
• View in Hierarchy
• View Source

Under Browse -> Space Directory

• Removal of non-anonymous permission space names from left-sidebar

Additionally, an option to obfuscate content creators or editors' names when content is viewed as an anonymous user.
