How do you embed an image (or video) that was uploaded to another page in your workspace? 

Images no longer have names or tags anymore? 

If you copy the URL of a image, it shows the text of the link, not the image itself. And that link is useless 404 death. 
The "Files & images" button is utterly WORTHLESS, because it only shows what I uploaded recently. It does allow me to browse 'GIPHY' though - which is a feature that a serious production tool should never, ever include. ("Haha, this goofy loop I found would fit PERFECTLY into my official team documentation!")
It is absolutely ludicrous to have to UPLOAD the SAME IMAGE again. But that seems to be what we need to do? 
If it's not what we need to do, then me not knowing what I DO NEED to do is a serious UI design fail.
