Issue Summary

Inline image is broken after migration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Tinymce page
2. add some text
3. add inline image
4. migrate to new editor
5. Open it for edit

Expected Results

• image should have settings panel below with alignments, wrapping, alt, link, annotation settings
• should be possible to open image in preview mode
• edit popup appears uncuted

Actual Results

• settings panel is absent
• impossible to open image in preview
• edit popup for image is cuted
  see attachment

Workaround

1. Create a new page
2. Move to a new Fabric page instead of using the TinyMCE migrated to Fabric page
