Allow Excerpt-Include to Inherit Width setting from the Excerpt

      When placing and Excerpt-Include without  surrounding frame (Layout, Table, Excerpt )you are not able to change the width options for the excerpt.

      There should be an option to inherit the width option of the Excerpt from the originating page. Examples below.

            The excerpt include will also cutoff wide content when the page is published.
