Task is not getting created for all members hence they are not receiving notification

The task is not getting created, hence they are not receiving notification.

We have two scenarios here,

Steps to reproduce the first scenario:
1. Create a team from people directory and assign this team to a task.

Expected behavior:
The task will be assigned to all the team members and hence will get a notification.
Also, they will see the task listed profile -> Tasks

Actual behavior:
The task is not getting assigned to other team members apart from the creator and that's why there is no notification for other team members.
Note: If mention a user directly instead of a team, the task gets assigned to the user and gets an email notification.

Steps to reproduce the second scenario:
Create a task and assign multiple users to it.

Expected behavior:
The task will be assigned to all users and they can see task listed in profile->tasks, hence will receive a notification.

Actual behavior:
The task is getting created only for the first-mentioned user and hence email notification is triggering for him only.

Workaround:
At this time we have no workaround.
