Tiny Link on Legacy editor Does not resolve Page title.

      Issue Summary

      When using a Confluence Tiny link on a page in the Legacy editor the page title is not automatically resolving. 
       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Copy a Tiny link from the Share menu
      2. Paste into page in the Legacy editor

      Expected Results

      Link should automatically convert and display Page title

      Actual Results

      Conversion does not occur and only the link is displayed

      Workaround

      Copy the full link from the address bar
