Editor won't load Global template for editing

      Issue Summary

      • While trying to editid a global template the editor keeps loading and never takes you to the actual template edit. This case could be replicated with Customer interview reports template.

      Similar case to CONFCLOUD-67455 - Cannot edit Status Report Template

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Global Templates & Blueprints
      2. Click to edit Customer interview reports template

      Expected Results

      • Template to load so it can be edited;

      Actual Results

      • Template loads forever while the spinning wheel keeps turning.

      Checking browser's console I found an error similar to this one:

      SyntaxError: "JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data"

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

      This happens for the Meeting Notes template too
