Problem Definition

Currently, on Confluence Cloud, admins are not able to disable collaborative editing on their instances.

Suggested Solution

Grant site-admins the ability to toggle collaborative editing either on/off on:

• Instance level;
• Space level;
• Page level;

This could be useful for preventing multiple users from editing the page concurrently or prevent users from publishing the page while others are still editing;
