Sidebar page tree partially updating from re-order pages

Issue Summary

When using the re-order pages from content tools, the changes on the page tree partially propagates on the side-bar page tree and it makes it unclear if they should be synced or not.

Steps to Reproduce

Create the following page tree
Move one child page from one parent to another. Expand the first parent on the sidebar page tree

Expected Results

There page trees should sync when changes are performed or a message should be indicate that they are not in sync until the page is refreshed.

Actual Results

On the side bar, the moved child page disappeared from the original parent but it is missing on the destination parent.

Workaround

Refresh the page when making changes from either the content tools or the side bar page tree.
