Issue Summary

When a custom favicon is uploaded in Confluence it's not updated to the new one.

Environment

Confluence cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence administration, navigate to Look and feel > Site Logo and Favicon
2. Upload a custom image in favicon
3. Save the changes.

Expected Results

The updated favicon should show up in the sidebar(Logo gets updated)

Actual Results

The favicon is not updated with the latest favicon. Browser console shows 403 error for <site>/wiki/admin/sitelogo/uploadFavicon.action call.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
