I very often create a link to a specific section of a page on a different page.  When I copy and paste the URL, with the anchor link, Confluence modifies it to show the page name, but not the anchor, so it looks like I am referring the user to the whole page, rather than to a very specific section of the page.  

Please add the anchor link to the page name that displays as the link text.
