      Issue Summary

When a page including images with effects (e.g. border, curl shadow, Drop Shadow) gets converted from the Legacy editor into the new one, it converts the image, but, does not preserve any of the effects applied to it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Make sure to have a created page using the Legacy editor.
      2. Edit the page and tap the Insert files and images button on the editor toolbar > Upload files to add a new image.
      3. After having the image added, tap it and use the Border button or Properties > Effects and select an effect.
      4. Save the configuration and Publish the page.
      5. In a Confluence with the self-service page-level opt-in tool for migration of pages between editors, tap the Preview button and then, Convert page.

      Expected Results

The image should have the configured effect applied to it.

      Actual Results

      The effect is not preserved.

      Workaround
