Description
Issue Summary
Jira Charts Macro needs an Application link to Jira in order for it to load. However, the System (Cloud) based application link takes precedence. Meaning, if there are two application links:
- System Jira (Cloud)
- Server Jira
Users that cannot access the system Jira (Cloud) because they are not authorized to or there are not any licenses available; when attempting to use the Jira Charts Macro are not able to.
The macro does not load and the DEV Console will show a 401 error to the application link that the user cannot access.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Confluence site
- Add free Jira with Max of 10 users
- Add application link to an existing Server Jira
- Try and load Jira Charts with a regular user that does not have access to Cloud Jira
Expected Results
Jira Charts should load because the user has access on a different Jira Instance
Actual Results
HTTP Status 401*Unauthorized error - Along with the App Link ID that is refusing the connection
