Currently, in a page in any space, if you have the permissions in the space, you can create issues in JIRA through Confluence pages, by highlight a text and clicking on "+ Create issue".
However it would be useful to have an option to disable this option per spaces, just as you can disable comments in a page.

It would useful to hide those JIRA issues card as well from the public/anonymous users.
