Description
Issue Summary
For the new Linkable Headings feature, when the headings contain a special character that is changed to unicode in the heading link, that link won't always work.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page;
- Add a heading 1 with text "Heading...";
- The three dots will be converted to %E2%80%A6, in unicode on the hading link;
- Publish the page;
- Copy the heading link and edit the page;
- Insert some text in the page and then hyperlink the last word, pasting the heather link;
- Insert more text and repeat the same hyperlinking step;
- Publish the page;
- Click in the first hyperlinked text - it will take some seconds to work;
- Click in the second hyperlink (or in the same one again).
Expected Results
You are brought to the header.
Actual Results
The hyperlink won't bring you to the header.
Workaround
Remove the special characters from the heading, so you can use its link as the expected.
