      Issue Summary

      The user is not able to edit global and space permission.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Confluence with Free plan
      2. Create a Jira service desk with a standard plan
      3. Go to Confluence Global and space permission page.

      Expected Results

      The user should be able to edit permission.

      Actual Results

      The user sees an error and not able to edit the permission.
