      Issue Summary

Users can't create a link to a heading that is inside a table (including the table header).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Page using the new editor.
      2. Insert a table.
      3. Insert a heading on the table (it can be either on its header on in the table body).
      4. Publish the page.
      5. Note that Confluence UI won't show the link icon, to get the header URL.

      Expected Results

      • On view mode, Confluence should display the link to the heading.

      Actual Results

      • Confluence UI doesn't show the link icon, to get the header URL.

      Workaround

      • You can create the URL based on the heading text, and it will work. The structure of the link is:
URL of the page + # + heading text (note that you have to use - instead of blank spaces).

For example, the link for Testing the header inside a table would be:
      URL of the page#Testing-the-header-inside-a-table
