    Description

      Issue Summary

Similar to the suggestion to the suggestion to have the Livesearch macro autocomplete to suggest results after a couple of letters, when the user types some words, a few results will be displayed. However, for specific page titles, the result will only come after the full word/title is searched, which makes this bug a bit different from the suggestion.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a few pages with a similar title (e.g. test1, test2, test3, and test4).
      2. Create more pages with titles with a small sentence, or, that would not be similar (e.g. test Atlassian, new test).
      3. Create a new page.
      4. Edit and add the Livesearch macro.
      5. Publish the page.
      6. Search for the created pages

      Expected Results

All the results should be retrieved with the same behavior.

      Actual Results

Different from the quick search, for some of the titles, they will only be displayed after matching the full title, while for others, partial words already help.

A video has been attached to demonstrate the behavior working with a partial search for some words, while others need to be fully searched:

      Workaround

Use the full/quick search of Confluence. Alternatively, you can try to search for the full word.
