Issue Summary

If you have a Children Display macro in a subsection of the page. Adding a Table of Contents will automatically include these subpages links in the list. However, the links to subpages are not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page (Parent Page)
2. Create "Child page 1" under Parent Page
3. Edit Parent page and add a heading "Pages"
4. Under Pages insert an Expand Macro
5. Inside Expand Macro, add a Children Display macro (heading 3)
6. Add a Table of Contents

Expected Results

• Links to subpages in Table of Contents should be working

Actual Results

• Links to subpages in Table of Contents are broken

Workaround

• Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
