Issue Summary

When a Jira macro is copied from the legacy editor to the new editor, it is displayed as an image instead of the Jira macro configured

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a Jira issues/filter macro into a page on the legacy editor (on a page on Confluence Server/DC)
   
2. Copy this Jira macro and paste it into a Confluence page on the new editor - 
   

Expected Results

The Jira issue macro should appear correctly in the new editor

Actual Results

The Jira issue macro link copied from the old editor appears as an image in the new editor.

Workaround

Instead of copying and pasting the Jira issue link, the user needs to insert a Jira macro in the new editor and add a link to the Jira issue.
