      Installing PDF Export Language Support on windows device does not work

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to https://<site>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/flyingpdf/configurepdflanguagesupport.action
      2. Install a language like Songti.ttc

      Expected Results

      Installation success

      Actual Results

      Error returned

      Workaround

      Access the site on a macbook and install the language
