Template variables not working after migrating to the new editor

Issue Summary

When we have templates with variables that are in the old editor, after having our site converted to the new editing experience, the variables won't come up to be set and the page is created with blank variables.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a template with variables;
2. Ask to the Atlassian Cloud support to rollout your site to the new editing experience;
3. After it is done, create a page with the template.

Expected Results

A screen to populate the templates is prompt.

Actual Results

Confluence redirects you directly to the editor.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
