Allow for Expands macro to nest inside Excerpts Macro

      In the new Confluence editor, we are no longer allowed to put and Expands macro inside of an excerpts macro.  This was working in the old Confluence editor.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create or Edit and new editor page in confluence cloud
      2. Add an excerpt macro
      3. put your cursor in the excerpt macro
      4. add an expands macro

      Expected results:

      Expands macro box is created inside the excerpts macro .

      Results:

      Expands macro box is created outside of the excerpts macro.

            This functionality will allow you to re-use so much content, but only having the master data in one page. It is very necessary functionality to have good looking, but also up to date pages! 

            The vice versa is also needed, i.e excerpt macro inside an expand.
