Attaching images inside a layout section disables the alignment controls

Issue Summary

When an image is inserted inside any given layout style column, the image alignment options disappear. This effectively disables the possibility of aligning images inside layouts in a sensitive manner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Insert any layout option
3. Upload the image
4. Insert it into one of the layout columns

Expected Results

All the alignment options are present and usable.

Actual Results

There are no alignment controls present to the images inside the layout

Workaround

Do not insert images inside layouts.

or

Select all available text on the layout columns with CMD+A or CTRL+A and then use the text alignment tool at the top tool bar.
