Issue Summary

Not all like buttons are removed from Confluence page when setting is disabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Further Configuration setting:
   https://<cloudsite>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/viewspacesconfig.action
   
2. Uncheck Enable Likes

Setting enabled (all like buttons visible)

Setting disabled (still showing like button)

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
