Issue Summary

An error is returning when adding the activity stream gadget or the confluence page gadget on a Confluence page.
It affects both editors and on some instance it is not showing at all to be selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a blank or existing page;
2. Add the activity stream macro /activity {activity
3. Save/Insert the macro

Expected Results

You're able to add the activity stream macro.

Actual Results

When trying to insert the macro, the error in the preview/save/insert is shown:

Error rendering macro 'gadget' : The gadget at https:/instance.atlassian.net/wikirest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.streams.confluence:activitystream-gadget/gadgets/conf-activitystream-gadget.xml was not added to this Confluence instance yet.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
