Switching browser tabs cancel the opened Placeholder's text input box

Issue Summary

While creating or editing a template, the placeholder text box is canceled if we switch between the browser's tabs - which leads us to lose all the content we had inserted so far.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Global Templates and Blueprints;
2. Click over Add global page template;
3. From the editor's toolbar, click on the + icon and select the Placeholder Text option;
4. Insert a word;
5. Switch to another browser tab;
6. Back to Confluence's tab.

Expected Results

The placeholder text box is there.

Actual Results

The placeholder text box is gone.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
