Cannot establish new application links from server to Confluence cloud

      Issue Summary

      Error is generated when creating an application from a server application into Confluence cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to Jira server
      2. Create an application link to https://<cloudsite>.atlassian.net/wiki

      Expected Results

      The link should be establish between the server application and Confluence cloud.

      Actual Results

      An error is returned. 

      Unable to auto-configure a Consumer as the remote Consumer-Info could not be found.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
